Monday, July 3, 2023 - TAIPEI - The ATAYAL Organization is organizing a benefit concert event, "Our Journey IV" Benefit Concert, which will take place on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the Beitou VW Football Park in Beitou District, Taipei City (英商明星足球訓練有限公司台灣分公司 | Click For Map). The event will be co-hosted by Ella Wilkins and led by emcee Tony Taylor and DJ Marcus. The event will showcase a diverse lineup of musical acts and cultural presentations from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Musical acts include: Rockits, Dubb Roots Collective, The Dog's Bollocks, Am I Blue with James Liu and Alex Teachey, Oldtimers Jan and Lito, Deinovore (Metal), Neuropathik (Metal), DC Rapier, Jason Pannell, Dan Lovejoy (Bluegrass), B.B. Cooky Blues Band, and Fao To. Other performances will be provided by JV Juggler, Belize Cultural Dancers and Indigenous Bridges Youth Ambassadors of the ATAYAL Organization.

2023年6月12日星期一 - 台北 - 愛泰雅協會正在籌辦一場慈善音樂會活動，名為「我們的旅程IV」慈善音樂會，將於2023年7月9日星期日在台北市北投區北投足球公園舉行（英商明星足球訓練有限公司台灣分公司 | 地圖）。該活動由主持人托尼·泰勒（Tony Taylor）和吳若瑄Ella與DJ馬可斯（Marcus）領銜，從下午3點到晚上11點，將展示多元的音樂表演和文化演出。音樂表演包括：Rockits、Dubb Roots Collective、The Dog's Bollocks、Am I Blue（詹姆斯·劉和亞歷克斯·提奇合作）、Oldtimers Jan和Lito、Deinovore（金屬樂團）、Neuropathik（金屬樂團）、DC Rapier、Jason Pannell、Dan Lovejoy（藍草樂團）、B.B. ATAYAL Director Gary Smoke organized the event to raise awareness and support for the Indigenous Bridges Youth Ambassador Program (IBYAP) and the return to the Tribal Canoe Journeys in Washington State to restore the ongoing cultural exchanges that were interrupted by The Pandemic. This will be the fourth journey of a delegation from Taiwan to Washington State, thus the name of the concert is "Our Journey IV."

愛泰雅協會的主任加里·斯莫克（Gary Smoke）為這次的總召，旨在提高對原住民橋樑青年大使計劃（IBYAP）和華盛頓州部落獨木舟之旅的認識和支持，以恢復因疫情中斷的持續文化交流。這將是台灣代表團第四次前往華盛頓州的旅程，因此音樂會被命名為「我們的旅程IV」。

What makes this trip to the USA more special is that in Summer 2024, it will become a joint Austronesian delegation, bringing youth representatives from different nations. At the Benefit Concert, we will present Ambassadors and youth from Austronesian nations who are our partners.

讓這次美國之旅更為特別的是在2024夏季！即將成為南島聯合代表團，迎接來自不同國家的青年代表。在慈善音樂會中，我們將會介紹作為我們合作夥伴的南島國家大使及青年們。

Proceeds from the concert go to the Tao Foundation, ATAYAL's partner in Taiwan, located on Orchid Island. The Tao people are one of the participating Indigenous groups joining the Tribal Canoe Journeys each year.

The ATAYAL Organization (Click for Organization and Program Profile) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2001 with offices in Florida, Washington State and Hawaii. Its mission is to transform lives, revitalize communities, and bridge connections through Indigenous culture and wisdom. This mission guides the organization's flagship program, the Indigenous Bridges Youth Ambassador Program. Through the program, young adults are immersed in cultural exchanges that are reaffirming and relationship-building. They are provided leadership and problem-solving training based on Indigenous wisdom and technology focused on sustainable development. After gaining experience in real-world sustainable development projects, the youth graduates are able to bring their knowledge and connections to develop solutions to revitalize their own communities and traditional cultures.
